ECO4 is similar to ECO3 in the sense that we target homes with no central heating, with 90% qualifying. We will do the Retrofit Assessment and EPC. From that, we will then know the required Measures to install the job.
Other points you should note are:
- ECO4 will run for 4 years (July 2022 – March 2026).
- Data Match is accepted on ECO4.
- Jobs must be improved by at least 2 EPC Bands to a minimum of Band D to achieve Full Project Score
